Our Promise: We want you to feel completely confident in what you're making and what you're making it with. If something isn't right, we'll sort it out.
Australian Consumer Law Compliant: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are fully entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, simply email us at hello@fancyfingersxxxxxxxxx.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can organize a remedy.
Change of Mind: Because our products are craft kits containing consumables, we can only accept change-of-mind returns if the item is entirely unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Change-of-mind returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, and return postage is at the customer's expense.
Opened Kits Excluded: Please note that once a craft kit has been opened or partially used, we are unable to accept a return unless the product is faulty under ACL guidelines.
