We pack and ship your orders with care so you can get stitching as soon as possible. Sustainable materials are used wherever possible.

Processing times

Orders are usually packed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or product launches, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep things moving.

Shipping within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free shipping for new subscribers

If you’ve signed up to our email list and received a free shipping code, simply enter it at checkout. Codes are single-use and apply to your first order only.

Delivery timeframes

Most orders arrive within: 

• 2–5 business days for standard shipping
  
  
• 1–4 business days for express (depending on your location)

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel seems delayed, please check your tracking link first. If it hasn’t moved for several days, contact us at orders@fancyfingersstitchcraft.com.au and we’ll help investigate.
