  • Embroidery Needles: DMC size 5 large eye needles featuring a sharp point that pierces fabric beautifully as you stitch. Perfect for multi-strand and surface embroidery work.
  • Cross Stitch Needles: DMC size 24 round-end (tapestry) needles specifically engineered for cross-stitching, counted thread work, and needlepoint embroidery.
  • Mixed Pack: A handy mix of both types so you’ve always got the right tool (and a backup spare) on hand when inspiration strikes! Includes two of each style.
  • Our Promise: We want you to feel completely confident in what you're making and what you're making it with. If something isn't right, we'll sort it out.
  • Australian Consumer Law Compliant: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are fully entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, simply email us at hello@fancyfingersxxxxxxxxx.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can organize a remedy.
  • Change of Mind: Because our products are craft kits containing consumables, we can only accept change-of-mind returns if the item is entirely unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Change-of-mind returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, and return postage is at the customer's expense.
  • Opened Kits Excluded: Please note that once a craft kit has been opened or partially used, we are unable to accept a return unless the product is faulty under ACL guidelines.
  • Fast Australian Dispatch: We pack and ship your creative breaks with care from Bathurst, Australia. Orders are typically processed and on their way to you within 1–3 business days.
